Black Pepper Spirit brings yang energy (warmth). This valued plant can be used to protect us against the Evil Eye. When mixed with salt, it dispels evil (hence why we put it on food). It is an analgesic (pain-relieving) and anti-viral. Great for Arthritis (also see "Gentle Touch" blend) and assists with poor circulation and digestive spasms, like colic. If you get cramps (muscular, menstrual) then black pepper will be helpful. Be light with dispersing it as it can cause irritation if too much used.
